yea..guess what i found, 2 valve cover bolts(top right and bottom right) on that side where I'm here the noise where broken for some odd reason.I was goin to take off the valve cover when I noticed that those bolts just came off and I was like what the hell..so I ordered the older style valve cover bolts and a new gasket. I'm guessing its vibration from the valve cover. we will see on monday...

i think a friend who was helping me with the cam install over tighten them.I looked and only one has to be drilled out, the other one came out with a really small flat head and I just turned it until I could get it with my fingers.

I'm just waiting for the gasket and bolts to come in then we will see. I will re check the torque on the cam bearing caps, cause it also happen to my 240sx, but the noise was way way louder.

Bump...Update. Fixed the valve cover bolts that were broken. Re-torqued all the cam bearing bolts and fixed all exhaust leaks. Still getting the same noise.

yup.checked everything.and had a friend who is a tech at nissan check it out.Hes confused. For sure, its not a rod going bad or a valve getting bent or something.he believes something is hitting something else which is causing the knocking noise. So, he suggested me to re install the header and see what happens and I should re-check the torque on the header bolts cause it might be vibrating against the head which I won't be able to do until tuesday since its my day off from both of my jobs

Yea. On tuesday I will put the car on jack stands and go underneath it and inspect everything while the car is running. Because its loud only in certain areas. and most of it sounds like its coming from underneath. I just now thought of Maybe an bad exhaust leak?Cause I am experiencing bad gas mileage.240miles a tank with no hard driving and keeping the Rpms below around 3200. And this happened before I did some major mods. When I bought the car it was perfect and getting 400miles to a tank and thats mix driving hwy and city and some hard driving. I don't want to believe my mods will lower my mileage that bad. I have camshafts,header,2.5exhaust and a jwt pop charger.anyways, well see on tuesday
