Problems with temperature gauge

Hey everyone.
So I made the bad choice of changing my gauges to aftermarket ones about 3 years ago and once they were installed my temperature gauge stopped working (occasionally registered but fell right back down).
Since then, I've taken out the aftermarket gauges and have the stock ones back on now, and I also replaced the whole circuit board for the cluster and now all the gauges work except the temperature gauge. Could this be my temperature sensor? (if so, where is this temperature sensor located and if there more than one?)

I also would like to add that my tachometer doesn't completely work accurately right now either, the gauge itself appears to have warped somehow and the needle rubs. The temperature gauge however is not warped and seems to be in ok shape. Could this have affected my reading on the temperature gauge?

Thanks :-)
Jen
