Unknown wires please identify - Datsun 510 S13 Swap

I am re-doing the wiring on my 510 with a SR20 swap and there are just a few wires that I don't know the function of.

The pictures should be pretty self explanatory.

Here are some in progress pics of my wiring project.

Before: When I purchased the car the wiring harness had alot of loose ends, an old alarm that didn't work anymore and some very odd bugs. Better to just tear it all apart and start from scratch.

In Progress: I only had a very basic understanding of how wiring worked when I started this project. I did a lot of reading and research before I started and too my time to mark where every little thing went with masking tape. Still looks pretty scary.

The car before I got started.

Hopefully everything will work properly when I'm done haha.

Well I'm 90% sure that those three unknown wires were not attached to anything when i tore the old harness apart. But I would like to know what they are for before leave them out of the new harness.

The three wire plug is for sure not the TPS, it is the water temp sensor. The Blue / Brown strip wire is pin #18 on the ECU "Water Temp sensor input". The black is ground and it's the blue with black strip that I'm not sure of.

I thought water temp sensors were 1 wire.

It looks like an o2 sensor plug (not enough wires?) or maybe an air conditioning/power steering pressure sensor plug.

I know it's not the o2 sensor plug and I don't have power steering or air conditioning. The other half of the plug wires go to the Idle air control valve (AAC) which looks like a little motor or something under the intake. The unknown wires go to another motor looking thing right beside it.

Can't help you with the wiring, but I'm a huge fan of your 510. Love it man. Keep us posted on it. I'm sure I'm not the only one who would be interested in seeing it progress.

Ok, I think I've got it figured out, but a confirmation would be nice. The wire on the water temp sensor goes to a thermal transmitter for the gauge cluster in a stock Sylvia.

As for the four wire plug, it goes to a combination AAC (aux air control) / FICD (fast idle control device. The FICD is to up the idle when the A/C is running therefore is not required in my Non A/C Datsun.

Here are a few other pics if you guys were interested. This is how the interior looked when I got it. I got rid up the power windows (didn't work worth a sh*t) and am moving the speakers to the doors with new door panels.

Hey guys, thanks for the compliments and the help. I couldn't have done it without this awesome forum. Since I fist posted these questions I've finished the electrical system and the car is running great. Here is a little video showing the first 10 months of owning the car.
