sr20det running rich, no power.

hey everyone..well my car idles really rich..but at cruise the afr is perfect. also after driving for 30 mins or so my car really starts acting up. at wot it doesn't move like it should, feels like my timing is being retarded... i'm not boosting any big numbers with a huge turbo..basically stock setup. so i need your help on any ideas. i'll list the parts i've already swapped, its nice having a spare motor laying around

oh by the way this is a sr20det with various bolt ons.

so i've replaced or swapped out

maf
o2 sensor
cas
ignitor
coilpacks
ecu
fpr
fuel pump is brand new

i'm not throwing any codes. a 55 which is good. basically the only things i haven't swapped are the harness and injectors...*** i know my injectors aren't leaking, so is it the harness?

knock sensors can make it run rich.especially when you do drive for awhile, engine heats up and tells the knock sensor to make the car run rich to prevent detonating.just something i heard from a friend, and I replaced mine awhile ago and saw an improvement in mpgs
