Yea might have to just put up with a hideous gtir rocker cover for the mean time. Oh wow did you have to fabricate a fuel rail for it? I managed to score some quads with rail, rubber elbow from intercooler, all sensors. All I had to get was the cable mount and now I need a different one or gtir cover to match. And I'm going to deprive an rb20det of it's injectors muahahaha. Where did you get your injector plugs from? I'm going to the scrap yard tomorrow after work to see if I can get some rb20/e/de/det ones. Oh yea so did you use a gtir throttle cable or your stock one?

And one last question... How did you find the difference after installing it all?

I picked up the injector plugs from my local wreckers. $5 for the 4 of them.
I used the stock accelerator cable, hence my elaborate mount.
I made up all the bits for the rail on the lathe in my garage then TIG'd up in there, too. Easy when you have thousands on dollars worth of tools you have collected over many years.

The idle is a bitch to sort out, 1500 rpm minimum. I used a NIStune daughter board to fix that little issue. Apart from that, the thing responded very well to the quads.

I'm going to try and source some plugs this week and solder them up this weekend. I wonder how the autech ECU will like to hold idle with the quads. What did you get your idle down to with the nistune?
