Ga16DE intermittent studder Question LOTS OF INFO

OK so here is the deal...I have been around these forums for some time now..a few may know me, but I have been gone for a while..Lets just say I took an unplanned vacation....

BACKGROUND:

So I no longer have my B14 SE-R and as of right now I'm driving an automatic 93 Sentra XE with 178K on it....When I first got it it ran rough at idle...so I did the usual full tune up (plugs, wires, oil change, cap, rotor, fuel filter, air filter, changed trans fluid) it ran much better but there was still some shake. Now I know I was prob being picky on a car that has 178k, but I then went and replaced all the vacuum lines because they were all dry-rotted. I also got some Throttle body and specific MAF cleaner. Cleaned both...The car ran so smooth after...and I have been getting at least 32mpg

CURRENT:

For the last 2k miles since I did all the above no problems at all. Until last week. I was leaving my girls house late at night, about 65F out, and the motor was shuddering real bad. Its almost as if its missing a cyl. I didnt check it that night because it was to late. The next morning I had to drive to work(about 30miles each way) and nothing. The day after that it was fine when I started it, drove for about 10min on the highway and it started bucking again. When its bucking if i mash the peddle it sort of goes smooth, so I thought, hmm maybe turn the O/D off to raise the rpm. It was smoother. Then after about 5miles at 65mph it went away, I turned O/D back on and drove the rest of the way with no problem. On the way home from work that night it didnt even make one studder.

THINGS I HAVE DONE

Checked Plugs(they are kind of white) Exchanged wire with an older working set(no diff)

Please Help point me in a direction here..I'm really thinking about slapping a SR20 in there but cant afford to rebuild the one I have right now.

Someone please HELP point me in a direction. If there is anything else you need to know ask.
