Issues with my b13

I have a 91 SE-R at 204k miles. I have searched for other people having the problems but so far no luck. The first problem is with my fuel gauge/tank, it almost seems as though I only have access to half of the tank(ex. I can only fit $10 worth of gas at a time, and the half-way marker on my gauge is where my car runs out of fuel). The second problem occurs prior to my car warming up. When accelerating there is a significant amount of stutter and when I come to a stop the car bogs down and then stops running if I don't give it gas. I would appreciate any help that you could offer in resolving these issues.

I had the same issue, Turns out there was a recall way back when of the Gauge being off. When I hit E My car still has 1/4 tank of gas.

Fuel Pump was going out. I replaced it and problem solved for the gas tank, and the idle issue was because of my MAF
