92' SE-R bluebird swap HELP!

ok i bought this car from KEMP_b14

a 92 SER
bluebird sr20 swap

it was in top running shape when i got it from him then i parked it for about 4-5 days then went to start it and i didnt.

then i kept cranking it and it smelt like it was flooding.
so i went online and read about what was going on with my car and someone said to pull the fuel pump fuse out and try start it and let the fuel run out then put the fuse back in and it should be fine???

NO that didnt work as soon as i put the fuse back in, it doesnt even wanna run with the fues in and just smells like flooding with the fuel

then found out more information on this sensor coolant temp sensor? sends a signal to the ECU to say that the car is cool or hot and dump more fuel or hold back more?

so now i wondering if i gota use a JDM sensor because i heard it was to match the ECU or can i go to a auto parts store here and purchase a USDM SER sensor?

please someone help me out I NEED TO GET HIS CAR GOING.

now the car wont even start at all. and it's throwing engine code for the CTS sensor.

thanks, tyson

FYI:
car has spark
has fuel
new plugs/ wires/ dizzy cap and rotor

A wise man once told me that the CTS must match the ECU and the dash temp sender (the small one wire sensor next to the CTS) must match the car/dash. Do your radiator fans stay on full time when the CEL is showing the CTS problem? When I had a faulty sensor it would put it into safe mode so the fans would always run just incase the car is actually hot but the ECU isn't getting a signal. But other than that my car would drive normally. Someone correct me if I'm wrong but I'm sure the cold fuel map the the car runs when started cold wouldn't dump a hell of a lot of fuel to flood it. Because that is the map it runs when you would normally start it up cold. One more thing, is the vacuum hose still plugged into your fuel pressure regulator?

Yeah the vacuum hose is still on should I take it off? The fans was on when it was running and now that the car was giving me starting problems it doesn't go on so maybe the plugs fouled
