Bad Temp Sensor?

So i have been really frustrated lately with the startup problem on my car. When i crank the car up...it takes FOREVER to actually fire up (when car is obviously cool) At first i thought this was a problem dealing with the fuel system so i went and changed the Spark Plugs,Fuel Filter,Fuel Pump (255) and installed the AFPR (Nismo). Still have the same problem and starting to get really frustrated. A buddy of mines thinks it could be the temp sensor causing this problem..if anyone wants to chime in or give me their opinion before i keep buying countless parts that dont fix the problem please feel free and thanks!!
