Help! Fried ECU?

While fixing a coolant leak, I removed the distributor and accidentally pulled the 4 ECU wires out of the dizzy side of the plug.
I tried to put them back into the correct pins, and shorted something out
A 25 amp ENGINE CONT fuse got blown, but all others were OK.
Replaced the fuse and got a replacement dizzy harness from the junk yard.
Still, the engine won't start. There is no spark, and I can't hear the fuel pump. Testing the ECU for codes gives no flashing lights whatsoever.
Did I fry the ECU? Any other suggestions

Thanks

More than likely. Take the covers off the ECU and see if it looks or smells burnt.
