SR20DET Fire up hesitation!

I have an occuring problem since i bought my sr20 and i would like it solved due to its annoyance =/

When i crank the car it take about 10 seconds for the car to actually fire up (when the car is cooled down) If the car is already warm then it fires up no problem. My guess is ultimately Fuel Delivery?? to troubleshoot..i have installed the following parts

-Nismo AFPR
-Walboro 255
-Spark Plug Replacement
-Z32 Fuel Filter

Yesterday while looking in the bay..i noticed that the Main Engine harness was in poor condition with exposed wires and such. Could this be a faulty engine harness problem not sending enough fuel to the rail? Obviously the harness is a bit pricey and dont want to buy more parts than i need to.

Any ideas or opinions will be highly appreciated!

-Darren

Well im sure it can be fixed. Cause 10 seconds to fire up is definitely not normal. All my friends SR's start up no problem

Well you think that's a possibility cause the car starts up sometimes fine when I prime the fuel pump by turning the key to the on position and waiting 3 seconds

How about the fuel lines or a fuel line, being clogged up?? Does anyone know the answer to these gentlemens question?
