I would say in order for people to help you, you are going to need to be a little more specific regarding how you did your swap. I am going to assume you used the RR longblock and swapped all the b14 parts over including the manifold, distributor, sensors, etc... so therefore you are using your original wiring harness and ecu?
If that's the case, you might have overlooking wiring something up on the swap. When you turn the ignition key to on (not starting the car) the ECU should show the check engine light as on, this means the ECU is ready for the car to start. If it doesn't do that, you need to check your wiring and fuses. If the light is on before you are starting and you go to turn the key one more step to stage the starter, you should hear the starter trying to turn the motor over. I know you said you tried to jump it and it worked (so I'm assuming you used a direct power source to turn the starter). It might be something as easy as having your wiring mismatched for the starter?
So for someone to help you, obviously you can see that there is a lot of guessing involved. Take it step by step, explain what you did for the swap (different ECU, different than orgininal harness?) all of those things are huge factors into getting your car running again. I hope some of this insight helps.
