Tranny help - Spec V 6spd - Toyota C60 hybrid

Looking for some tranny knowledge, looking for B15 spec v tranny swap knowledge, I have an 03 pontiac vibe GT ie 2zz with celica gts sourced 6speed and an 04 mr2 spyder that the 2zz is destined for. Both are daily driven by me and my girlfriend out here in Port Jefferson Long Island NY

Both cars are soon to need clutches so brain started turning on transmission clutch flywheel mods, from previous nissans and my bros gts I became aware of the shared mfa60 aichi 6speed trans toy nis hyn mzda etc soooo in search of lower gearing and lsd I am buying an 04 spec v tranny and am plotting out a swap into my vibe followed by the whole drivetrain swap to mr2... need money to rebuild and fortify motor ** swap as the vibe has 200k now (work at a shop got it for peanuts 2 years ago as a 2zz piggybank and daily hauler)

Anyway im picking up the tranny this week and need to start getting finances prepared parts ordered and planning for downtime so I need tranny knowledge from you well educated SR20ites as the vibe community is more concerned with subs and rims than swaps and ratios

Main concerns:
clutch and flywheel options spec v has bigger clutch spline and disc diameter
I believe my trans has a 215mm clutch similar to sr size but idk what flywheel I would need to use 225 240 or 250mm options I am seeing discussed

Axles the same?
sensors?
Shifter setup?

Any input or info from anyone who has used the celica gts tranny for a 6speed swap

late 03+ Spec V = 3.153 / 1.944 / 1.392 / 1.055 / .809 / .673 Final drive ratio 4.133

+LSD in both of course

The exterior casing box is WAYYYYYYYYYYY different to the nissan version, like in every possible way, is hard to imagine the internals are the same!

any input? I know theres people on this forum that have dealt with these tranny swaps :/

the 6speed swap threads mention the c60 toyota tranny as an option to be swapped into b 13/14's but theres no follow up info on the differences

ok I have both Trannys out and ready to go, dropped it off at the tranny shop and as expected they scratched their heads and asked what I wanted to attempt, if this were to work in theory what would i tell them to swap over if i wanted the ratios and lsd differential? is it correct that if the outside casing is bigger the differential can't possibly work?
