SR20DE sluggy acceleration problem

Hi recently I traded a car for a 1996 S14 sr20det automatic. It is a real piece of crap. 'Apparantly' engien has done only 100,000k's but body condition and interior suggest otherwise.

Has a big lack of power. I know the sr20de isnt a powerful engine but its rediculously slow, so slow that it has detered every single potential buyer.

has No external oil leaks, no smoke. Radiator water is green colour as it should be and no water leaks.

Dont have any service history.

Seems like the lower rpm is lacking power and not high revs so much.

Anyway, there is a switch on the centre console beside the auto shifter which says ice/sport. This dosnt work.

Please help. What could I fix/ clean/ replace that might get my engine powering as it should be.

Thanks
