CP pistons/ Gas porting

to gas port or not to gas port thats is the question....

Days away now from purchasing all my internals for my redtop, and in looking into whether or not going with pistons that have gas porting (porting into pistons to direct gas flow behind ring lands, in attempt to help in sealing against wall). I know that CP runs this design on all of their SR20 pistons. But i have heard by some DSM folk that when running this design, they experience more blowby, in fact doing quite the opposite..... So i am wondering how many of u out there r running CP or another brand that gas ports the pistons. i need some definative info on how much boost u run on the pistons. I will b running nowhere beyond 28psi. ANY info at all is helpfu
