turns over but won't start please help

So recently i pulled the motor from my 95 b14 that has a sr20det in it because my girlfriends brother broke a bolt in the head.. I labeled everything when i took it apart so i would know where it went when i had to put it all back together and now for some reason the car won't start.. it turns over and sometimes u get a put put noise coming from the exhaust like it wants to start but doesn't. I don't understand.. can anyone possibly help me out with this? also was wondering where the hose from the tranny goes?

It's small but.... spark plug wires all in the right spot? Do you have spark at all the plugs?
Again it's trivial but it could be the problem. Seeing as it's cranking I would start with spark and fuel
