Bought a Roller Rocker, pulleys dont line up?

I bought a roller rocker engine, 2j2 head and 53j block. I put my usdm alternator and a/c on the new block and they have 5 ribbed pulleys and the jdm has 4.. I also noticed there are only 1 crank pulley on the RR engine, and 2 on my old engine.. What should I do?? I searched and could not find the answer anywhere, hoping somebody has an answer?

This is the new engine with my alternator and a/c on it you can see the pulleys and the crank only has one pulley

Here you see i took off the 2 pulleys to swap but you can see the 2 pulleys on the crank on my old engine.

It's hard to tell from that angle, but it looks like the outer pulley is gone. I know they can separate, so I wonder if it did that and fell off. I agree that you should swap pulleys with the old motor, or look into underdrive ones at this point. Much easier now that with the engine in the car.
