If its 96 its OBDII meaning 108 tooth.

As far as what flywheel that depends on what you want to do. Most people go for the lightest possible(~8lbs) as its the quickest reving, but 10lbs fw are most commonly found.

And obviously there are brand names that people go for, but really there have not really been any flywheel realted failures in terms of if one is better then the other. It all comes out to weight pretty much.

Quick search on sr20 flywheel on ebay will net you results, take your pick.

OBDI (any car made before 1996) is a 109 tooth count
OBDII(any car made for 1996 and after) is a 108 tooth count

Both 108 AND 109 tooth flywheels will work in OBDI SR20s
OBDII can only use the 108 tooth flywheels, otherwise it throws a CEL.
