NO VOLTAGE FROM TPS HELP!!!

whats up guys? so i dont have any voltage coming out of my tps back to the ecu. i have done all the checks the tps is fine good ohms and 5v going in is there something i am missing or what i have looked everywhere and only one other post like this one with no answer so please help me out guys thanks in advance

i believe so but i will go out and re ground it. Do i just ground it to the intake manifold?

The grounds for sensors are supposed to ground to the ECU. Im not sure if thats included as one or not. But the ECU itself grounds to the manifold....
