sensors

i just got a jdm motor,can someone please tell me what the two sensors are located right by the oil filter,one is a two prong the other is a one terminal type. thanks for the help.

Both are for coolant temperature. The single spade connector is for the dash gauge. The two prong connector is the coolant temperature sensor for the ECU.

They do have to be swapped over if you want the car to run right.

My understanding was the single spade one for the dash gauge was the only one that needed to be changed out. In all my JDM/DET swaps I've done I've only changed this sensor once and this was because I put a highport in a B14 and the plug on the harness didn't match the highport sensor, so I used the old one so that it would plug in.
