wont start after gas fill-up?

I recently put in my 370's and jwt ecu for turbo and 370's and when I fill up the tank the car cranks and wont start. After about 30-60 seconds of cranking (not continuously) and pushing the gas pedal the car will start and then die if I don't rev it up. I've read that a few people have had this problem but haven't found a solution. Does anybody know?

I'm thinking its a faulty fuel pump or one of the relay switches. Check them both and tell us what you come up with.

could also be water gas. i doubt it is but could be. it happen locallly here a while ago, gas truck pumped water into the station. people drove off and cars all stalled.

Not turbo'd yet, just trying to fix some of the stuff that went wrong with the car first before I put it on.
