ACT Clutch (cable bracket issues)

I made the holes on my clutch cable bracket oval so that i can slide it. I have noticed that it is slipping, anyone know how to keep its from slipping? its falling down a slant. firewall side down. It does this after maybe a week?

Thanks,
Nate

nate try putting some lockwashers under the nuts when you tighten it down, it might keep it from slipping
