how to take connector off

hey im taking my engine out and its almost ready for the hoist. i have a few problems ***. the main problem is that theres this one wire coming from the fuel injector harness thru the intake manifold behind the engine. it has a red plug and i cant figure out how to get it off. i think it might be the egr but not sure.plz help me out.

is ther a wire "lock" n it? if so, you can pry it off w/ a small flathead or pick.

knock sensor. you should be able to disconnect the whole injector harness from the main engine harness near the iacv valve. if not, there's i think a 12mm bolt keeping the knock sensor in place, or like jdm said, there's a wire that's keeping the harness connected to it, just pry in each side of it.

ya we got it off the same way we had been before...guess i just needed some encouragement from guys who know what theyre doing...the metal clip is just hard to pry off and we thought it was a band...thanks guys
