1995 motor in a 91 Se-R

Alright here we go....I bought a 1995 Se-R and found out it had a serious compression problem.. so I ordered a JDM motor and put that in there. I now have an extra OBD-2 motor sitting around and guess what goes through my work (Capitol Auto Auction) a 1991 Se-R that needs a new radiator and water pump.. I guess when the donator said radiator and water pump he meant a new motor, /shrugs. Either way is it relativly easy to put a obd-2 motor in a 1991 Classic? I am going to atempt it this weekend so anything you guys could do to help would be awesome.

You want to put in an engine with compression problems? Don't bother, get a used USDM or JDM motor for a few hundred.

I still say swap the motor out. Rebuilding the head would be time consuming and a
PITA. Thed later motors are low port and there are differences with the wiring and stuff.

its possible for you to do, just make sure that the motor is in good shape first....pull the head and check it out, look and check tolerences....how bout this for an idea, if you are gonna rebuild the 95 anyway why not throw it back in the 95 and swap over the highport jdm into the highport car for less hassle, either way it will work
