Help!!! Motor Gone

i was drivin down the interstate and i went from 3 to 4 but i hit second instead and it reved to like 8 ** i could get the clutch bac in and then there was a loud noise that sounded like my header broken where they come together but thats not it everything seems to be ok there is a noise that seems to be coming out of the intake and the car is vibrateing really bad i am sh*t out of luck what do i do, what could be broken, can it be fixed, should it be fixed, and how much is a jdm sr thanx gu ys i need any help i can get

Start by taking off the valve cover, I had the same thing happen to me, the lifter popped off, i was lucky there was no damage done, just had to be popped back in, good luck.

you probably poped off a lifter or did somthing minor if its still running....like nismo nx said take off the valve cover and check....my friend matt did that and broke all of his rocker arms
