Cluster Lights crapped out

Last night my cluster lights were working. I hooked up another autometer gauge to my dimmer switch and they all worked last night. I get in the car today and turn on the lights and nothing, the HVAC and every other light that is controled with the dimmer is not working. I check all the fuses under the dash but they all looked good. I tested the plug that goes into the dimmer switch and it isn't even getting any power when I turn the lights on. Anyone have any suggestion on what I should look at or test?
Thanks

I can unplug the dimmer switch and test the plug and it isn't getting any voltage. I think it has to be somewhere before the switch.

Check your R tail lamp fuse. You may have blown the fuse that is linked to your dash lights and parking lights.

Sounds as if your taillight fuse is blown or your fusible link up near the battery fuse block blew.
