Can i reuse used lifters,valves,springs??

Can I reuse any of these on my other head if needed later on? Or should I just throw away my whole old warped head?

This is my spare engine that i am slowly putting together, not the one in my car.. My damn spare engine had a warped head.

Is the head so warped you can't mill it flat without exceeding Nissan's limitations? No reason to throw away a good head if you don't need to.

You could reuse the valves and what-not but where will you find a head without that stuff?

If you use the valves in a different head, you might have to reshim them. When you take the head apart, make sure to note what valve goes where, and what shim went to what valve.

The current head off my project engine is warped pretty bad. So i am just gonna pick another complete head up. I just ment should I save those parts as extra's to use if I ever blow my current or project engine?

I know about shimming then and marking where they all came from.
