I can't find an answer to this but someone will probably know right away. I am going to a shop to tune my now turbo car and he is going to use the wideband that taps into my existing O2 sensor hole in the exhaust manifold. If I take the O2 sensor out completely will the car go into limp mode?
If it does go into limp mode, where can I find a pigtail connector for my O2 so I can tap off of the wideband and let the car think that the O2 sensor is still there? I've heard that some places just sell the connecor that leads to wires only but where is that? Some place like AutoZone or Napa? Or if there is no place that anyone can think of does anyone in the Milwaukee area have an old O2 sensor that I can cut the wires off of?
Thanks.

Your car will not go into 'limp mode'. The o2 sensors greatest effect on your fuel map is only on part throttle (street/in-town) driving lower in the rpm band. In other words, you will not get very good gas mileage without it, but drivability will be very close to the same.
