Electrical gremlins...need help

I bought the NX with what I thought was a blown headlight bulb. Next day I looked at the bulb and it was still good. I was not able to figure out the problem, the fuse for it is still good, not blown. What should I check for? Right now I spliced the bad harness into the working one, and I have both lights. I put a bigger fuse for the right headlight, just to make sure it wont blow right away with double to power going to it.

Also, the foglights dont work. I know on the classic, I would hear the foglight relay click when pressing the button. But I dont hear any click on the NX. On the classic, the relay was located on the firewall, but the nx appears to have it in the relay box next to the battery. I have not taken the foglights apart to check the bulb, but tried 2 other foglights, and they still dont work. Does the NX have a foglight fuse as well, I know the classic did.

If anyone has any input, please let me hear it

For the headlight, check continuity from the switch to the non-working light. If thats good, more than likely its the switch. Hows the high beams, work on both sides (when wired correctly)?
For the fogs, probably have to trace where power goes, then stops? I'm sure you'll get it.

Well, when the driver side headlight didnt work, the high beam didnt work either. Right now I made it work by splicing wires from the passanger headlight to the driver one. The high beam works on both.
