Vacuum hose on jdm motor

OK, First off, sorry to ask, but ive searched and can't seem to find the direct and exact fixto my issue. I've put in a nice jdm motor, eliminated the egr system. However the car runs terribly, the motors ok, but it searches for idle, and revs slow. Seems like a vacuum issue, and im not sure how i should be routing the hoses that go to the sensors that were previously part of the egr system. I would def. bet that is the problem, as well as question in my mind on the routing of the hoses at the throttle body and intake underneath. Anyone's help is much appreciated if you've encoutered the same thing-cause obviously i didn't label everything as i took it off, but you learn through experience. Thanks.

first, what jdm engine. It sounds like hoses to me but maybe your best bet is to find someone else with your engine and look off there setup. It all depends what engine. It sounds like maybe the primera engine. If that's it then just look at a sr20de engine for reference.
Good Luck
