200SX problem - what could this be?

My buddy bought a 200SX SE-R recently. Tonight when he got in the car and started it, the driver's side window rolled down by itself, and won't roll back up. It keeps making clicking sounds inside the door, possibly inside the switch itself. What could have gone wrong? Where should I check first? Help!!

Sound like the window switch is bad. Neve heard if it before though. I would start there.

Pull the connector out of the switch in the pass. armrest and see if the window will go up.

Yea, window switch ,currently both my rear windows in my Altima are disconnected because they would always go down by themselfs at the Track , now my pass side is doin it at times also .... You can get around it by pushing the switch shutoff button ...its the extra one on the master switch
