MAF circuit

Shorted out my MAF sensor the other day on the battery doing a reground. Put a working (hopefully) used one that I got but am still getting a MAF code from the ECU. Is there a fuse or anything between the MAF and ECU that I could have messed up? I'm figuring it's got to be something between the ECU and MAF since both, I figure, work. Thanks.

Did you reset the ECU after you installed the new MAF?

Yep, reset the ECU and still have a MAF code. Checked out one of the wiring diagrams from my '94 FSM, which I'm figuring is pretty damn close to the diagram for the '93, and it looks like the Cam position sensor and ECCS relay are also on the circuit with the MAF. Could I have screwed one of these up when I sent 12V through the MAF and that's why the car will die when I give it gas and won't idle?
