OBD2 motor into OBD1

I just picked up a 93 G20 thats in need of a new motor and interior. I also have a chance to pick up a wrecked 96 G20, with a good motor and good interior.

Just wanted to know what was involved in putting the OBD2 motor into the 93. Would I be able to swap the whole motor? Or would it be easier to get a good highport head and bolt onto the good motor? Anything else that I would need to do?

What the heck, I thought I'd do the searching for you and give a little insight as well, just because you've been trying to be nice to me, Jonathan :

Many folks forget that the low-ports made it on OBD-I in the form on '94 SE-Rs. Only thing you have to worry about is what that thread says. Being a different head design is a non-issue.

Give me a break, I was at work on a 56k modem. Searching isn't an option.

What percent of your 2400 posts say Search? At least I feel a good bit of my 780 posts benifit this community in some way. Oooooo!

And I did search quickly typing in "OBD1 into OBD2" and did not see anything that answered my question. Thanks for finding that post in all the free time you seem to have, don't you have a job?
