check first if your rotors are already worn out and out of spec, also check the chamfering on it (there should be angles cut into the cross-drilling, if these are worn off, it might be time to replace the rotor, also check for stress cracks around the holes.
If the Rotor is not warped and you do not see uneven wear in your pads, do not get the rotors turned, just get a nice grit sandpaper and just sand the surface of the rotors gently.
i usually toss crossdrilled rotors once the chamfering on the holes is worn-off
