Different suspension types, though that doesn't automatically preclude swapping since they're both coils. I can't remember if this has been asked before.
I have the B13 spring dimensions on my web site, if you can make some simple measurements of the G20 springs, you'll know pretty quick if they'll interchange.
I'll hazard a "no".
