I did not use my a/c for a couple of months. I turned it on 3 weeks ago and since than I have overheating problems. When the weather is cold it's good but as soon as it goes over 75 it starts overheat over 70 mph. If I keep it under 60 no problem. A/c on same thing.
Both fans good. I also noticed powerloss sometimes. It's like my clutch does not catch for a sec. Same idle, less torque.
Maybe I'm gonna need to have the clutch rebuilt.
But the main problem is the overheating.
Any advice, please let me know.

Your cooling system needs attention. Either thermostat or radiator needs to be renewed Try changing the thermostat first, cause its less expensive and easy to do. I had the same symptoms as you and eventually I coudn`t go over 60 without it overheating even with the A/C off. Check first you haven`t got an airlock at the thermostat by bleeding it.
