Little Help: Brake Dash Light

I just want to know why the Brake light in my dash is staying lit up.

I was on my way to work this morning, brake light turned off when I disengaged the Ebrake. Pulled out onto a street, about 70% throttle, got some wheel hop. I noticed the brake light went on, and stayed on, the entire trip to and from work. The battery light is not also on (so it's not the alt) And I also checked the brake fluid, but that was fine, and all 3 brake lights work, si it's not that. Any suggestions on what it could be?

did you wigle the ebrake handle i have had it when the switch gets stuck. and the light stays on till i play with the ebrake. might be some change stuck down there grounding it out ?

Well, as per what Nick said, I messed around with the handle and cleaned around it, and it went out when I turned the car on, thanks.

And no, I don't have abs in this car
