i've been told that my CV-joints are going out/are bad on my car. i was wondering what a good estimate would be on how much they will cost to fix and if i need to get them fixed immediately. any info would be awesome

If you do it yourself you can either spend 300 on raxles, or 120 on rebuilt autocrap axles. The raxles have new CV joints and better boots. I have done a full write up on axle replacement... just search the forum for my name and axle.
