You need to be very careful not to break off the top of the injectors. I put the rail into a vice, just snug, you don't want to bend anything. Lay a towel over the top of the injector. Take a pair of channel locks an grab the injector on the flats. twist the injector unil it spins in the rail, then start pulling up, while twisting. It should pop right out. Watch out for gas, as some is surely to come see you. Also, I take no responsibility for any damage of your injectors that might occur. Please use common sense and be as delicate as possible.
I had a bitch of a time getting the 370's out of the BB fuel rail I had but eventually they came out. I used possibly a less advisable method. I used a large flat-headed screw driver/chisel type tool. My dad is a mechanic so it was a specialized tool not for injector removal but it looked handy. The pliers method also works. I also take no responsibility for injector harm during the removal process.
I also suggest replacing the screws that hold the caps on the injectors with hex headed ones. You won't have such a hard time getting them out next time. If there is a next time.

Also spray some silicone lube ( or even WD-40 ) around them to make the seals slide better , turn them in the rail , that will help them come out , turn and pull ...

This is good advice!

Just twist and pull. That's all I did. Takes a little work but you don't need any special tools. Guess it helped though that I was putting new ones in anyway though. Just make sure that you don't lose that little rubber insulator underneath the metal "hat" on top of the injector. I lost one and my damn dealer had to special order it.

Drive it like you stole it (or at least try to before it breaks)
the service manual says to push them out rather than pull them out. this worked for me after struggling for a while. I too replaced the screws with small allen head bolts from Lowes (they seem to have more metric hardware than Home depot) and they look better and are alot easier to get out than those soft phillips screws.
