Swapping US de with non red top JDM de tomorrow, sensor etc. please

I didn't search but I don't have time now, the JDM motor is also from an auto. I was told that the pilot bearing wouldn't have to be done. Insight? I have a stick. I have done some reading in the past about the det swap. Which sensors need to be changed temp, 02 etc. I haven't looked yet but this may be obvious when the motor are side by side. Should I change manifolds? I'v got a 92 manifold now is it worth the time to swap purely performance wise? I have pulled the head off before with the engine in PIA, and changed my clutch before with the engine in. Im not inept, this is my daily driver so I just need any quick pointers to help me get this thing on the road tomorrow, my goal is to be done within 6 hrs with beers in hand 2 hours into the job around 12.
Thanx in advance.

No need to change the pilot bearing.

Use the following sensors from your USDM motor:
Both temp sensors
AAC and IACV
O2

If you want to get rid of the EGR, then use the JDM manifold. You will need a plug for the USDM exhaust manifold. If not, use your USDM manifold.
