rich & lean

i have a fairly stock SR20DE except it ahs xtractors and full zorst with high flow cat and a k & n panel filter in it the rest is stock, and i was wodnering is there any way that i can adjust the richness or the leanness as in if its running rich can i lean it out without a aftermarket ecu or anything else?

the ghetto way would be to get an adjustable fuel pressure regulator.... I would just get an SAFC or something though
