Vaccume Lines left over!!!!!

I just finished my SR swap and i have some vaccume lines left over. I removed the charcol cannister but i dont know what to do with the left over lines.

There are a couple of lines on the intake that i have no idea where to put them. Does anyone know where i can get a vaccum line diagram???

Help is greatly appreciated!!!

Re: Vaccume Lines left over!!!!!

Sr swap was done by me and a buddy. its a bitch for a first time swap. The EGR was removed. The turbo shield was removed. mounting the Side Mount intercooler. Just little things that suck. The powersteering pump was from a hicas car so it doesnt fit. Im waiting for another one. Im almost done all i need is the power steering pump and the Wiring which is being done now. the vaccume lines from the canister are still hanging there. any suggestions?

Re: Vaccume Lines left over!!!!!

do you have a chiltons manual?

if you had egr on it i take it it was a usdm engine?

Blair Ellis has one for a usdm to convert when you take the egr off, vacume lines that should be on there are:

there are 3 underneath the TB (throttle body) one underneath one to the top and one in front. the one in the front of that little controler goes to the canister , the one on the bottom goes to the intake, the one on the top goes to the bottom of the TB then you have the one on the fuel return which goes to the top of the TB. those are the only fuel lines you should have. hope that helped.

Re: Vaccume Lines left over!!!!!

Robdog82,
i hope this will help you.. the two vacuum outlet near the Tb goes to the fuel regulator and the other one which a little bigger goes to the inlet of the canister, the other which is under the Tb. 1 goes to the intake vacuum and the other to the small inlet of the canister..

Re: Vaccume Lines left over!!!!!

i just did this exact thing after taking off my Emissions . runs great!

originally Blair Ellis had givin me a diagram much like this that someone had created, i dont know if it was him or someone else who created it but i lost it on my comp so i scanned in the chiltons diagram and re did it.
