Low RPM's, very hard to brake(stop).

Hi guys!!

I'm having some problems with my car. After the ECU was reconnected the car began to stall a little. I have S4's and since they were installed on January the car's idle was a little bumpy but now is very, very rough.
And that stalling is causing the brake pedal to get hard when I'm on bumper to bumper traffic, and I've almost hit like three cars because of the hard brake pedal, but when running it just works as always

Also when idling I rev the car a little and the rpm's stay between 2000rpm and 3000 and then drop to 400 to 500 rpm and then they go back to 800 to 900 rpm.

What could be causing this???

Thankss!!

Re: Low RPM's, very hard to brake(stop).

When you rev the engine does it go no higher than 2k-3k? Is the check engine light on?

Check the wiring connection to the ECU. If that connector isn't plugged in straight and fully seated I heard you could get poor idle and stalling problems. Of course I could be way out in left field on this, but it's something that is easy to check.
