Oxygen Sensor/related problem

I have a reoccuring code on my 2000 Sentra SE, which is P0135. The FSM point to the heater sensor on the front O2 sensor. I know the sensor is not the problem, because I swapped my sensor out for another one and the code returns.

I cut the heater sensor wire at the O2 sensor and ran a BRAND NEW wire from the sensor to the ECU. At the ECU I cut wire number 4 (Which was Red and black), and soldered the new wire into that. Still no change, the P0135 error comes back right away.

With fustration mounting I decided to disconnect the O2 sensor alltogether and see what happens. If I disconnect the O2 sensor alltogether I still get the same P0135 error right away. The wierd thing is that at no point do I recieve the a P0130 (Heated O2 sensor circuit) error, which I think I should recieve seeing as the O2 sensor is NOT CONNECTED AT ALL! I am thinking maybe the ECU is not seeing the front O2 sensor at all?

I am running out of time to get my car inspected! Any thoughts?

Re: Oxygen Sensor/related problem

Problem solved! I completely forgot about the second fuse box INSIDE the car! A simple 15A fixed the problem!
