what are the timing marks on a stock pulley?

I am looking at my stock crank pulley and see 7 marks, it goes like this



I...I.I...I...I...I...I


there are 2 close together, the 2nd and 3rd?

i wrote it backwards to match his little diagram he put in post #1, i didnt want to confuse him any farther.
