Shaky front end like the car is missing...but the tranny...ideas needed!

OK, today my motor starts shaking around 2K rpm like it is missing. So I pull the plugs and clean them off etc. I throw them back in and it still did the same thing.

So I try another thing. Revved the car out in neutral. It revs smoothly.
Put it in 1st and it vibrates at low rpms. 2nd same thing. Press in the clutch, roll in neutral, rev the motor and it does not shake.

I have been having clutch chatter for a while now, and when I sink in the clutch pedal it makes a whiney noise before it does to the floor. Does this sound like a clutch/PP/flywheel going south? The clutch does not slip, but the front end is shakig at low rpms in gear only.

The only thing different is the new axle I have in there.

I don't know, the axle was in there for about 3 weeks, no problem. The difference between this axle and my older axle is this one did not have a rubber boot in the middle of the shaft (between the inner and outer joints) and it did not have the same dust shield on the tripod. Other than that it is the same shaped B13 ABS axle. Fit right in. Ya think it is the axle?

Edit. It is not what i think. Is it possible that a broken passengers side mount can cause this problem? I mean the mount welded to the chassis, not the mount itself.

Yeah, I think it is my motor mounts. I have energy suspension inserts. The pass motormount mount is coming off the chassis. It has to be welded back on. I think it is putting stress on the other mounts. I popped out of 1st gear today. So I know it is the mount.
