Differences in the b14 and b15 RR block

need parts for an engine rebuild/swap with little to no down time.

i have most of the needed parts, but... i'm having a hard time finding a b15 se RR block for a decent price. anyone know if i could use the b14 block with the b15 se head with little to no problem? any known fitment issues?
any mechanical problems that i'd run into? mounting points?

any known facts or input would be awesome. i understand that they would physically match, but bolting up and compatability are my main concerns at the moment.

TIA

they're from 2001 B15 SE Mexican version. The engines were salvaged from brand new cars that fell off a truck before arriving to the dealership. The engines are completely dismantled but they're complete.
