O2 sensors...

here is a little rundown, my check engine light came on, went and someone had told me to definately check my o2 sensors. I was told that there are 2 sensors, do i need to buy 2 of them, or will i need to buy just 1. What is a good way to check this out?

pull the codes from the ecu. that should give you a clue for troubleshooting the reason for the idiot light.

Re: O2 sensors...

yeah, that's a great idea, the guy told sold me the car said that it was coming on, he went and had it checked. He had told me it was the oxygen sensors, but i'm not sure if he knew which one. He never told me the code from the ecu, time to stop by autozone tomm..
