As in all SR20DE(T)s, back of the engine, above the oil filter. Two of them, close by, the single cable goes to the dash gauge, the dual goes to the ECU.
i believe the sensor connector is red and it's a two wire and the one next to it is a one wire connecter for the sendor and btw it's directly above the oil filter on high ports
