SO i went to the dragstrip this weekend and every time i got to the end of the track and pushed the clutch in my car would die. then it started dieing when i would be driving along at hightway speeds and pushing the clutch in there is no check engine light on. And i can keep it running by feathering the gas, or puting it in 5th gear and slowing down to and idel with the clutch out.
So far i have
reground the maf sensor
cleaned the TB
cleaned the iac
check connection and fuses
I did that stuff last night, know when i'm driving, some times the rpm's will drop to around 200 and bounce up to the regular idel after a bit, but not all of the time it will still just as often as it will stay running. I am out of things to try, anybody got anything else

I took apart the egr system, it was clean, so i cleaned it up the best i could and put it back on. Still is dying, so i bumped the idel up to 1600, know when i push the clutch in it bounces around 200. The way it is bouncing abound makes ne want to think that it is the iac, but I checked it and it is ok.

Had this problem in my G20 once.
If its not your EGR,.. Check your ECU... my ECU just, died. (Amazingly the car still ran and got 20mpg, but ran really really rich).
if it's your ecu....i have a 98 one that you can borrow. it might throw a code, but it will work for now. otherwise just try and find a g20 ecu. upgrade at the same time
